## Who runs this site

I’m Priya Raman. I write and edit meetingnotesguide.com. I work as a freelance operations consultant, so most of my meetings happen on someone else’s calendar: a client’s Zoom, a borrowed meeting room, a site visit with a phone on the table.

This site is independent. It is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any of the note takers it covers. The guides are built from each vendor’s own documentation, plans and prices, plus what actually happens when there is no meeting link for a bot to join. Each figure carries the month I last checked it.
