What to write about
- Corrections to a guide. If a plan, price, recording option or other detail in a guide no longer matches the vendor’s own pages, tell me which guide and which claim, and include a link to the vendor page that shows the current version.
- Factual errors. If something I wrote is wrong, say what it is and where you found the correct information. I check the claim against the vendor’s own documentation, and if the source backs it up I fix the post and update the date it was last checked.
- Questions about the site. How a guide was put together, where a figure came from, or why a tool is or isn’t covered.
- Privacy requests. Questions about the data described on the privacy page, or a request related to it.
Before you write
If you work for one of the vendors and your product has changed, send a link to the public page that documents the change. Everything in the guides is built from public pricing pages, help centers and product documentation, so a public source is what I can cite.
This site is independent of the tools it covers, so I can’t help with accounts, billing or support for any of them. For those, contact the vendor directly.
